The website provides general information about Unified Book Publishers, publishing services and educational resources for authors. Website content is not a substitute for a project-specific scope, publishing agreement, legal advice, tax advice or financial advice.

Publishing enquiries and service engagements

Contacting us or discussing a manuscript does not by itself create a paid service agreement. Project scope, deliverables, fees, timing, revision terms, rights and other commercial details should be confirmed separately before paid work begins.

Author materials and rights

You should only provide manuscripts, images, illustrations, quotations or other materials that you own, are authorized to use or are otherwise legally entitled to provide for the intended project.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, submitting material for an enquiry does not transfer ownership of that material to Unified Book Publishers.

Third-party platforms

Publishing projects may involve third-party platforms or providers such as retailers, print-on-demand services, printers, hosting companies or distribution systems. Their requirements, fees, review processes, availability and policies are controlled by those third parties and may change independently.

Results and marketing

Professional publishing and marketing work can improve presentation, production quality and discoverability, but no specific sales, rankings, reviews, media coverage or commercial outcome is guaranteed unless an applicable written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website's original text, branding, interface and other original site materials may not be copied, republished or represented as another business's work without permission. This does not restrict rights that belong to individual authors or third parties in their own materials.

Changes and availability

Website content, service descriptions and availability may be updated as the business, technology or publishing platforms change. We may also correct errors or remove outdated information when identified.
