LEGAL & INFORMATION
This policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you visit our website or contact us about a publishing project.
Last updated: September 6, 2026
When you contact Unified Book Publishers, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, manuscript details, project requirements or other information included in your enquiry.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not necessary for us to understand or respond to your publishing enquiry.
Like most websites, hosting, security and delivery systems may process standard technical information required to serve and protect the website. This can include IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps and security-related logs.
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, discuss requested publishing services, operate and secure the website, maintain business records and improve our communications or service experience.
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email, security or other business operations when reasonably necessary to provide those functions. We do not state or imply that personal information is sold to advertisers.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, related business records, security needs or applicable legal obligations.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures can reduce risk, but no website, email system or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may provide rights relating to personal information. You can contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Any applicable request may need to be verified before action is taken.
This policy may be updated when website features, service providers or information-handling practices change. The date shown at the top of the page identifies the current published version.
